Delivery and Ordering
Please note special messaging shown on the Announcement Bar (found at the top our website) supersedes any information stated below. As at 13 March 2024 we are reintroducing local delivery (Napier/Hastings) on a 2-week trial period.
Ordering Cut Off Time
Our Cut Off time for online orders is 9am Monday - Friday for same-day dispatch. If you order after 9am your order will roll over to the next available dispatch day. We no longer fulfil orders on weekends.
Delivery and Courier
We deliver NZ wide but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Rural Delivery areas, if your address is rural we suggest you find your nearest courier drop off point, use this tool to find a drop off point.
Please provide accurate delivery address details as we will not be responsible if your order is subsequently delayed by couriers due to inaccurate or incorrect delivery address details. We are also limited to serviceable areas for Saturday Delivery, Use this tool to check your address.
We will provide a tracking number to the email address supplied as confirmation of the dispatch of your order. Please check the delivery details are correct and advise us immediately if incorrect.
When ordering, please consider the perishable/edible nature of our products and leave instructions for the courier to leave your order in a cool and safe location if no one will be at home when delivery is made. Please note couriers are not able to provide an ‘on-demand or specific delivery time service’. For queries regarding and ETD of your parcel once dispatched, please contact NZ Couriers directly. Before submitting an order we recommend you check NZ Couriers Network Status or Service Updates for any potential delays, keeping in mind we ship all order from Hastings.
Local Delivery (Napier/Hastings only)
Exciting news for Napier and Hastings customers! Local delivery is making a comeback with a 2-week trial at at 13 March 2024, exclusively available within residential and business areas of Napier and Hastings. We appreciate your feedback during this trial period and thank you for your support as we reintroduce this convenient service.
Local deliveries are slotted in with our pre-existing local delivery run so we are unable to provide an ETD. As this service is provided by our own driver, there are no tracking details. We offer delivery Monday-Friday, the 9am cut off for ordering still applies. EG: order at 8am, receive it same-day. Order at 1pm, it will be delivered the following working day.
Again, we do not fulfil orders on weekends.
Remember to select the local delivery option at checkout by entering your shipping details with the appropriate postcode.
Delivery Time Frame and Packaging
Your order will be dispatched and sent on a tracked courier service. Target time for delivery is overnight however please allow 2-days. We pack all our orders in an insulated polystyrene box with ice packs to keep goods adequately chilled for up to 3-days.
Click and Collect
Update: 27/12/23 Pick up location has changed to our shop, 1005 Karamu Road North, Hastings. Please report to the office to collect.
Pick up is available Monday-Friday after 3pm. Pick up location from our shop located at 1005 Karamu Road North, Hastings. Local delivery to Hastings/Napier area is currently unavailable until further notice.
Pre-Ordering
We do not offer pre-ordering or advance ordering for the reason we cannot hold perishable product. All orders are for immediate dispatch. We periodically offer pre-ordering on seasonal or special items EG. Christmas Pre-Order.
